She is known to steal a lot on IMVU. Now she has started to steal arts. She’s using them as personal default picture, giving all the credits to herself. She’s also editing stolen pictures, and giving those stolen ones to other IMVU users.

I'd like to inform you that there's another hacker going around IMVU giving out a link for "Free credits" and upon clicking this link, you are to fill out a form with your user and how much you want. When you do, it takes whatever you have and gives it to the account "takerzs" (ironic, huh?). Most likely this is a dummy bank account for the hacker. My friend had tested this link with a DUMMY account but it stole from his REAL account. He had to change his password and everything. DO NOT DO IT.

I’ve recently come across a large art thief.

First image, was created by Gasp@IMVU

At first, I thought he was just new to all this and “didn’t know” better.

After those messages, I refreshed my homepage later that day, sorry I did not take a screenshot of it but he then used an image made by Vin@IMVU that was made for Mattie.

I have messaged once more that it’s alright just don’t take images that belongs to you including that current DP.

But it doesn’t end there.

He’s changed it alright. But to this image:

Which was made by a very close friend of mine, Mattie@IMVU.

Another friend messaged him as well, being as kind as she could be by giving him a link to freebie pictures, but instead of being respectful, he just blocks us.

The reason why I know this is due to seeing this image and I’ve already reached my limit with this.

And so, I’ve messaged in my alt, which was a bit of a rant I must admit but… He’s now aiming for just random DA pictures.

Sorry, this is just a little babble about the “Night” controversy.

1. This blog isn’t about bashing people, or anything offensive. It’s to show people using art that they did not pay for or was not made for them.

2. If you hadn’t noticed, the mods SHOW that they have edited posts meaning they most likely edited out the personal slurs or accusations to keep the submissions clearly professional.

3. As a person who uses Night’s stuff for screenies as well as outfits I feel kind of grody seeing her act that way. Like I don’t even want to support her in any way anymore..how childish.

+ I love this blog and what it stands for. It helps keep people up to date with art thieves and also keeps members of IMVU and GASR safe from purchasing stolen art. So anyone who has a problem with this blog is just uptight, butthurt children. Grow up and try to do something productive with your days instead of threatening a blog with your faux “legal action”.

Okay. This person has been asked by the artist to take this down before, but refuses to do so, or she does, but just reposts it later. Her argument? Just because she found it on Google. If people can use cartoons and other media, why can’t she use this. Then she starts using other picture’s by this artist, Aii/Scarielle. As a fan of Aii’s work, I find this appalling. If anyone knows Aii’s work well, you will know that “stone” you see on the logo, is a trademark of hers. Not only that, but she uses that as a shop banner of hers.

My guess is Night doesn’t know anything about copyright laws -assuming that is her-

Libel/Defamation refers to FALSE accusations.

Her reputation is so large I presume that most people will side with her. But that’s okay because at the end of the day it’s still up to other people whether they want to believe proof or take her side.

While I am not one to agree with needlessly bashing others on a blog, I do feel that I have to address the issue of Night needlessly threatening the owner of this blog in her group.

Firstly, she is claiming that this blog has slandered her, for using a STOLEN picture. This is not slander, it’s the truth. Did we hear any complaints from her when it was Venette/Plazdoll/Blackness being bashed on facebook by her good friend Plaztique ? Is that not also libel ? Some people seem to think the rules only apply to them and not everyone else.

If you steal art from GASR, IMVU, DA or anywhere else for that matter and it ends up on this blog, then that’s tough for you but the fact is you still stole it, and any threats from you, or your followers will not get the theft piece taken down. You want it down ? You prove you’re innocent. But going off and having a bitch fit, threatening legal actions when you can’t do shit and then crying like a baby to your followers is just a sign of guilt. If you have proof that you didn’t steal the picture then post it. Otherwise suck it up and put on your big girl panties. Your threats will never work here.

Again, I find it laughable that Night and her friends can support these sort of things when people they dislike are put on blast, but when it’s one of them they’re up in arms over it.

Night, didn’t you have a thread in your Sins group once called cheats n’ thieves that publicly named and shamed people you saw as thieves ? So it’s okay when you do it, but it’s not okay when someone else does it to you ?

Even though Night was truly caught with an obviously stolen DP, we haven’t received any sort of hate mail or any legal threats ( She’s violated law it wouldn’t exactly be a ‘threat’ to us. ) we do appreciate your help and support.

Don’t stress out any of her theft or any others. People choose to believe what they want to even with obvious evidence in there face. There are countless thieves and countless submissions to this blog everyday. Just find what you find.. screenshot all proof.. link the original and leave it to us to post it. The dramas not worth getting into because at the end of the day the proof speaks for itself.
